Empty promises, no communication, unprofessional, Deceptive , We were promised services that were not fulfilled, our service representative never checked over the work that should of been done.we cal Deceptive , We were promised services that were not fulfilled, our service representative never checked over the work that should of been done.we called and texted the service representative (Chris) who never responded to any communication efforts, we never received ANY work statements with any work performed on my vehicle (Chris) said he was going to leave it open for just a little and then email it to us but it's been over six days! Chris said they changed the oil but it was never done! No sticker, No milage for oil change was reset, AND THE OIL IS DIRTY! The Advantage services were never preformed ANY of them . More
