We are happy to say the whole experience was very low pressure and professional- even better than the first time we bought a car from Quality several years ago. Chris Carey, our consultant, was very informed, no sales pressure and he gave us a great price. After we bought the car Chris spent two and a half hours going over all the manuals, features and options and was very patient, informative and thorough. I would highly recommend Chris if you would like a very knowledgeable, fair and no pressure salesman. The paperwork was handled flawlessly by Mike Ward, who also explained the various options again with no pressure to buy. All around it was a very pleasant experience and we would have no reservations to buy from them again. More

Excellent I walked into Qualuty Subaru leaning more toward Ford Escape. Pleasant no nonsense experience I walked into Quality Subaru after a very unpleasant day of car shopping. I was met by Chris Carey, my salesman. I explained that I was frustrated bec I walked into Quality Subaru after a very unpleasant day of car shopping. I was met by Chris Carey, my salesman. I explained that I was frustrated because I couldn't get info on what I was looking for without the high pressure sales pitches which had wasted most of my day elsewhere. I told him about upcoming surgery and a trip that were limiting my time to find a car. Chris got right to work and in about 20 mins I had seen the car I ended up purchasing and he had presented other comparable options that were exactly what I asked for. He then emailed me three different options - all what I was looking for - to review. Chris got me into my new car with the least amount of hassle I ever have experienced in my previous car shopping experiences! Thanks Chris! More

All personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On my initial visit Chris Carey greeted me and was available to assist me. I was unsure about which model would best meet my needs and he gave me an On my initial visit Chris Carey greeted me and was available to assist me. I was unsure about which model would best meet my needs and he gave me an overview of the Outback, Forester, Crosstrek and Legacy before I settled on the Legacy as the best match for my needs. I expressed an interest in a gently used vehicle and he agreed to be on the look out for a suitable model. When I stopped by to review models in stock, I was pleased to discover that an appropriate model had just been checked in, and while not yet inspected, seemed a good match. I looked over the car and was ready to proceed with purchase. On the date of purchase, Chris spend sufficient time to explain the many new features on the car, as well as how best to take advantage of these features for safety and a positive driving experience. While it will take some time to become fully adept at all the controls, I am confident that I am off to a good start. Ed Chen was also thorough in his explanations related to service options and financing. I felt that I was well informed on what I had/had not selected and any associated benefits and costs. More

I leased a Forester from there and my salesman Chris Carey was extremely personable and knowledge about the vehicle. He explained all the features thoroughly and answered every question that I had. When it came time to take delivery, Chris reviewed the manuals with me and made sure that I was completely comfortable with the car before driving it home. I'm very satisfied with my experience and would definitely go back to Quality Subaru to purchase or lease a vehicle in the future. More
