Great Experience. Extremely Patient, Friendly & Helpful This was my first car purchase and I was filled with questions and very nervous. Chris Carey and Steve Canada took great care of me from the start. Chris answered every question I had and listened to all my needs and concerns before he recommended a car to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about both cars I looked at and was very thorough when going over each detail of the car. The entire process was seamless. From finance to picking up my car I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was the last pick up of the day, and the staff was still extremely friendly. Steve met with me when I picked up my car and went over everything I needed to know. He even sat in the car with me and helped me set up my blue tooth, Apple car play, and answer any last minute questions I had. Steve was also very knowledgeable and patient. They also made sure to remind me that even after purchasing, they were happy to answer any questions I had. Overall my experience with Quality Subaru was awesome. My friend had purchased her subaru from here, and it was an incredibly positive purchase so I knew I wanted to get my vehicle here. Chris was very knowledgable and patient. Listened to what I wanted and put me in my dream car. The whole crew is very friendly, but I am so glad I ended up with Chris. He answered every question, I felt absolutely no pressure and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the experience I had with quality. Ed was great too, very thorough and organized. Unbelievable! I wish I had more than 5 stars to choose from. Chris Carey was the epitome of professionalism. From the start he made me feel at ease. My car decide I wish I had more than 5 stars to choose from. Chris Carey was the epitome of professionalism. From the start he made me feel at ease. My car decided to stop working and at the most inopportune time, one month after I had just purchased my first home. Chris knew my concerns and worked his magic to get me in the car I said I would always purchase when the time was right. He was able to fit me in a car he had on the lot. It was everything I wanted including the color. Along with the manager, Mike Ward, I was able to drive away in a 2018 Subaru Forester, in what I like to call St. Jude green and still be able to sleep at night knowing I had purchased a great care for a great deal. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru is first, go to Quality Subaru in Wallingford and second, make sure Chris Carey is the one that puts you in the driver's seat. I did and I have enjoyed the ride ever since. More

We started our first visit to the dealership informing Chris that we wou Buying a car from Chris Carey @ Quality Subaru far exceeded our expectations. We started our first visit to the dealership informing Chris that we wouldn’t decide until returning from vacation. The visit lasted 2-1/2 hours and included a test drive, discussion on all available models and options. Chris’ personality is welcoming and product knowledge exemplary. He spent time getting to know my wife and I to ensure that the car selected would fit our lifestyle and daily commute. We walked away knowing that a Premium level Crosstrek with Eye Sight was what we wanted along with detailed pricing based on a similar model that was in stock. 2 weeks later, we called Chris to move forward and he found the exact 2018 Crosstrek that we wanted (color, options) on an upcoming shipment from the factory. Chris reminded us that getting the exact car was worth the wait instead of settling for another color or options. In under 2 weeks, the car arrived at the dealership and a remote starter installed. Before our pick-up appointment, Chris and Finance Manager, Ed Chen, completed a large portion of the paperwork and upon arrival, our shiny black Crosstrek was parked by the entrance for everyone to admire and many other customers did while we were there. The final walk & drive thru was detailed and reassuring explaining all of the Eye Sight technology that is great but a bit daunting at first. The facility is in the middle of a major upgrade and after touring it, we are confident that the technicians will be working in state of art facilities. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. I highly recommend Chris and team for your Subaru needs. We drove to Wallingford to buy our Subaru vs buying it in Milford (where we live) because of his professionalism and superior customer service. More
