PLeasant Experience We were expecting to leave our car and come back later in the day from crosstown so were pleasantly surprised when Chris said we could wait for the ma We were expecting to leave our car and come back later in the day from crosstown so were pleasantly surprised when Chris said we could wait for the maintenance to be done. Chris took care of the maintenance and a few other issues in a very timely fashion and we were on our way. We did not expect to be waiting so did not bring an iPad or book. We would like to offer a suggestion for the waiting area. It would be nice and would pass the time better if you were to purchase one newspaper like USA Today and make some copies of the puzzles to have available. The magazine selection was less than stellar. More

I even checked other brands. When I decided on the Tacoma I found the one I wanted on the internet and ask for a quote. They promptly got back to me with a call, a great price and a appointment. I went into the dealership and worked Rob Bradshaw in internet sales. Rob was great, I told him what I want for my trade he got it, he show me ten different trucks, he got me the price quoted over the phone in fact a little less. Rob was so lay back and honest ,he told me what he could do and never pressured me. In fact he work with the sale manager on my behave to get what I wanted He the took me to finance an I worked with Rene , he got me a rate that was cheaper than my credit union and I have been a member for 45 years. This is the second truck I have bought from them an I will recommend them highly to friends More
