Everything was so wel The experience I had at the Subaru dealership in Bensenville Illinois was nothing that I had ever anticipated purchasing a car. Everything was so welcoming open and clean and Mister Matt took care of me as the personally. He literally did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable and at home while making choices with me and looking at which cars would best suit me financially and personality wise. We looked through two particular vehicles drove around the area, making sure I checked every nook and cranny of every car to see what suit me best. I fell in love with the Crosstrek, and Mr. Matt looked high and low to find the vehicle that I chose myself, even looking at other options in different states. The hard work and compassion these people have for their clients is a trait many other dealerships lack. My family was a Ford Motor company until Mr. Matt's team worked with us. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a car. Mr. Chris also deserves enormous gratitude and appreciation for helping me find a vehicle that fits within my budget and physically had Show anime all my financial options prior to the final signatures. Through the whole buying process she was professional and beyond helpful. She worked Diligently with the Chris C and the finance department to actually get me a better rate than my pre-approval from my bank. Through her dedication to customer satisfaction the car buying experience was painless and prompt. Although she is new to the industry I have no doubt Brianna will excel in her sales career based off my experience with her. I would highly recommend Grand to anyone looking to buy a Subaru! More

The order came in within a month of placing the order and he assisted us patiently to fill in the paperwork and showed us the inner-workings of the car even after the sale was done. Both Chris and Brandon presented us different post-sale options but there was no pressure to buy additional items. Overall this experience has been great and relatively stress-free and no high pressure sales pitch was observed. More

Three for three Two years ago we needed a new vehicle, and after much research, decided on a Forester. Our credit union had relationships with three Subaru dealers, Two years ago we needed a new vehicle, and after much research, decided on a Forester. Our credit union had relationships with three Subaru dealers, and after more research, we chose Grand. Melissa Distel handled our whole transaction, from initial contact, to trade in, to final sale. It could not have gone more smoothly. Melissa was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We were very happy with the price and service we received. Two months later, my beloved 2002 RAV4 suddenly suffered a fatal mechanical malady. Being impressed with Subaru, and having already done oodles of research, I decided to get an XV Crosstrek. Back to Grand Subaru and Melissa we went. There was nothing available on the lot, so she found one that was being shipped in that met my specifications. Once again, it whole transaction went very smoothly. Melissa kept me informed of everything until the Crosstrek arrived, and took care of every detail of the sale. Once again, we were very happy with the price and service. Now, two years later, I decided that my old bones needed a little more comfort and luxury. I took a good, hard look at other makes of SUVs and crossovers, but when comparing value, reliability, and consumer reviews, in my mind nothing beat the Outback. So back to Grand we went. Melissa is now a sales manager, so she set us up with Chris Czaja, one of the internet sales staff. Chris was great to work with; friendly, funny, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us all the time we needed to go over all the numbers. We got a great price on the Outback, and a good trade-in on the Crosstrek, and once again, the process could not have gone more smoothly. We have been completely satisfied in our dealings with Grand, both on the sales side and the service side, and would happily recommend this dealership. Keep up the good work! More
