The sales and service staff are all helpful and friendly. I have bought at least 10 cars from them over the decades and have used their service department dozens of times. I emailed the dealership several times, and each time all Chelsie Alvarez did was to tell me that the car I was interested in wasn't available. She did not point me to a car that was available or direct me to someone on the sales team who could help me. I finally called the dealership and spoke to Brad. When I explained my situation--that my car had been totaled and I had no other car--he went out of his way to try to find me a car. He then put me in touch with Marcus DeOliveira, who was extremely helpful and found me a car that was exactly what I wanted. He even drove my car to me on his day off so that I would not have to be car-less for one more day! I am giving Customer Service 5 stars in spite of Chelsie Alvarez, not because of her. Everyone except Chelsie went out of their way to help me. More

I have nothing but good things to say about the Sales Manager, Chris Davey. Although I didn't really interact with Chris throughout the entire sales process, there was a slight problem after my test driv Manager, Chris Davey. Although I didn't really interact with Chris throughout the entire sales process, there was a slight problem after my test drive of my brand new truck. I parked the truck to the side, and another client at the dealership backed into the truck! This caused very minor paint damage to the one of the rear bumper caps. This damage was so miniscule, and yet Chris was very reassuring that this damage would be fixed, and the bumper cap would be replaced prior to me picking up the truck. It was important to me that I would not start off on a bad note with my brand new Tacoma, and Chris reassured me that it would be fixed. When I went to pickup the truck, the bumper cap had been fixed, and the truck was in impeccable condition. Thank you Chris, I appreciate it! More
