This is my first new car. Victor is really helpful. The whole buying process is pretty smooth. I called them, asked for a quote, and then scheduled a time for a test drive. I have nothing but good things to say about the Sales Manager, Chris Davey. Although I didn't really interact with Chris throughout the entire sales process, there was a slight problem after my test driv Manager, Chris Davey. Although I didn't really interact with Chris throughout the entire sales process, there was a slight problem after my test drive of my brand new truck. I parked the truck to the side, and another client at the dealership backed into the truck! This caused very minor paint damage to the one of the rear bumper caps. This damage was so miniscule, and yet Chris was very reassuring that this damage would be fixed, and the bumper cap would be replaced prior to me picking up the truck. It was important to me that I would not start off on a bad note with my brand new Tacoma, and Chris reassured me that it would be fixed. When I went to pickup the truck, the bumper cap had been fixed, and the truck was in impeccable condition. Thank you Chris, I appreciate it! More

I wanted a RAV4 Hybrid for years, since I first saw one at the auto show. I read lots about them online, put together a wish list of features, priced them, trimmed my list, and went shopping on a busy Satu at the auto show. I had the good fortune to meet Barnaby Duplessy as my sales consultant. Besides the hybrid, I wanted a reliable car I could drive for years. With his background and expertise in service, Barnaby assured me I could expect that from Toyota. He sent me on a test drive of the one car on the lot that was close to what I wanted. It wasn't exactly the car for me though. However, the sales team offered to search for another. A couple days later, I went to see what they found. And there it was, my car, better equipped than I imagined. A few days later, I drove it home. So thank you Barnaby and the rest of the WT staff. More
