I was car shopping and worked with Chris Donahoo, who patiently showed me various cars. Although I didn't purchase from Heritage Honda in Bel Air due to convenience, (I ended up at their sister location patiently showed me various cars. Although I didn't purchase from Heritage Honda in Bel Air due to convenience, (I ended up at their sister location that was much closer in Westminster) Chris was understanding and not pushy. I want to commend him for not pressuring me, as car dealerships have often made me feel uncomfortable as a woman. Chris stands out for his exceptional service. I regret not returning to work with him but it was just too far for me to travel back to that location. More
