Chris is the absolute best salesman ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I've been d The lease on my 2018 Acura TLX was ending in 2020. I received a call from my preferred sales associate at Crown Acura - Chris Duncanson. I've been doing business with Crown Acura for many years and have leased 7 Acuras from this dealership. Chris Duncanson has been my sales associate for the previous 3 leases. Chris was calling me with an excellent opportunity to turn in my current vehicle and get into a brand new TLX with no increase in payment. Of course I jumped at the chance. Chris had all the paperwork prepared quickly and in advance of me arriving at the dealership. I showed up, signed a few papers, and drove off in my new vehicle in under an hour. Chris is a pleasure to deal with! He is upbeat, honest, trustworthy and proactive. He's knowledgeable, friendly and works hard to help deliver a car that you want within your price range.
