We purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD (Chevrolet was not a choice above). Our experience with Vernon Auto Group was because of an unexpected vehicle breakdown 50 miles from their shop. Our initial intention was to repair our 2007 Chevrolet, end our vacation and go home. The sales staff recognized our anxiety and working with their service department gave us all the options available to us as far as the repair, the trade in options and the new vehicles they had on the lot. We wanted a long bed truck (they did not have any at this time) so they had to go to the internet to search for a vehicle we would like. We also have a three hole Deerskin dog box in our truck so they had to locate a local vendor to line the truck bed and move the box from our old truck to the new one. We walked into Vernon Auto Group on Wednesday, July 10th stressed and unhappy. We drove away from Vernon Auto Group on Friday around noon happy and ready to continue our vacation. We will recommend Vernon Auto Group to anyone we know looking for a new or used vehicle. THANK YOU VERNON AUTO GROUP! More

More importantly, Steve Ybarra made sure that I was comfortable with both the truck and the process. He was always accessible, and went out of his way to do a walk-around inspection of the truck and test drive while I was on the phone. Everything from front-end alignment to interior/exterior vehicle condition and options were delivered exactly as promised. Everyone I worked with -- from sales to financing, management, and the delivery team -- were all top-notch. I am not easily impressed, but I will absolutely recommend Steve and Vernon Ford to my friends and family. More

I had looked online for used pickups and found that the price we arrived at was a much better deal for a new pickup with Vernon Auto Group, than pickups that were 1-3 years old with as much as 45,000 miles price we arrived at was a much better deal for a new pickup with Vernon Auto Group, than pickups that were 1-3 years old with as much as 45,000 miles on them. From the time I called the dealer ship until we had made our purchase and left my overall experience with this dealership was outstanding. I live 500 miles from the dealership but it was worth the drive fo our purchase and left my overall experience with this dealership was outstanding. There were no surprises, no changing of terms that were quoted to me over the phone and the vehicle was as represented over the internet. The wife and I decided to upgrade our 2009 Avalanche, seached the net and chose 3 to check into that met our criteria.We live in Southeat New Mexico and found 1 in Houston(600+ mles), 1 in Texarkana(anot seached the net and chose 3 to check into that met our criteria.We live in Southeat New Mexico and found 1 in Houston(600+ mles), 1 in Texarkana(another 600 miles) and 1 at the Vernon Auto Group(360 miles). Doing business over the phone long distance can be a challenge, but not with personel like Lacy, Dieter, Chris, and Kay Lynn!!! Lacy had in my email inbox 2 "DETAILED QUOTES" of the 2 Vernon vehicles we liked because I asked for a breakdown, taxes, licencing etc. The Houston dealership couldn't be bothered and in the process lost a previous customer. That was monday morning, Chris then worked out some rough edges, Dieter took care of everything else and Kay Lynn wrapped up the paperwork. Leave New Mexico 11 am arrive Vernon 530 pm, sign seal and close on our beautiful 2013 Avalanche, and head home to New Mexico less than 2 hours later. More
