The Vernon Auto Group was great to deal with, including the GMC guys, Adrian and Chris, even though we ended with a 14 Ram 1500. Chase was great. He had him running back and forth between lots looking for the right vehicle. His attitude was nothing less than an amiable professional, ready to help us find the vehicle that we wanted. Ashley was very friendly and made the paperwork less mundane. I will be buying another vehicle from this bunch. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I actually went to Vernon Auto for a different car I had seen on the internet. However, it was sold just as I arrived. I spoke with a few people and s I actually went to Vernon Auto for a different car I had seen on the internet. However, it was sold just as I arrived. I spoke with a few people and somehow the HHR was brought up. Initially I disliked HHRs in general due to the body style, but when I seen it I wanted to drive it and I love the way it drives and how spacious it is. Jacob went on the test drive with me and I decided I wanted this vehicle. Jacob done everything he possibly could over the phone with me so wouldnt have to wait in the waiting room, which was awesome. I spent a total of about 15 minutes at the actual dealership. They were very quick and made this process simple. I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Thank you! Also Chris, Steve and Melinda were very inviting and had excellent communication skills. The vehicle was fairly priced although there is no opportunity to negotiate based on the structure of the business. 4. We had a small disagreement on the value of the trade-in vehicle but we worked through to a compromise. 5. I will consider doing business with Vernon Auto Group again in the future. More

I went into look at vehicle thinking I was just going to look. I liked it and asked about if they still would give same deal and he already had the deal on paper that we agreed upon. I ended up buying it that morning. My husband and I both were very impressed with the honesty. Steve was very friendly and helpful also, making sure car was detailed and ready as soon as possible. Will definitly check with Vernon Auto any time I'm looking for a vehicle. More
