Dealership kept in touch while car company factory problems delayed vehicle delivery and made sure that we didn't incur any charges on our old lease, including excess mileage that we used, while waiting for the new vehicle. Salesman explained every piece of the new technology on the vehicle in great detail that we could easily understand. Overall always a pleasure to work with Chris and the sales team here. More

This Lincoln MKZ is the twelfth car I've either purchased or leased. He took the time to explain all the nuances of this new car and I appreciated the time he spent with me. Mr. Donald Brown went out of his way to accommodate me while I was waiting for this new car to arrive. Any time I called to inquire about it, he made sure I was aware of the circumstances causing the delay, and arranged for a more than adequate loaner for my use as I waited. I commend both of these gentlemen for a job well done. Sincerely, Ronald I. Anderson More

A great experience doing something I don't like doing! I travelled to this dealership solely because someone in town told me Chris Fitzgerald was working there. Chris is the penultimate helpful salesman, I travelled to this dealership solely because someone in town told me Chris Fitzgerald was working there. Chris is the penultimate helpful salesman, helpful and not pushy at all and extraordinarily knowledgeable about the vehicles available. I definitely haggled over price and Chris guided me as to where I could save money. In the end I purchased a new Ford F-150 and and am very pleased with it and the whole experience. Chris made the experience painless and I left without feeling frazzled as has happened when dealing with other dealerships and salesmen. Chris is definitely the best! More
