Joe Debaro saw me through every step of the way while I was waiting for my vehicle (Raptor) to be build and helped me along with purchasing a secondary vehicle for my wife (Explorer). Joe was waiting at the enterence to greet me upon arrival. Chris Fitzgerald was excellent in seeing my sales go through with ease, explaining the features on them, getting me in and out the door quickly and called to follow up after I purchased them. He even picked me up from a lease drop off at a different dealer. Both men were extremely friendly and kind. I will be going back in the future and highly recommend. More

Excellent Customer Service Chris was recommended to me by my parents, who recently purchased a 2017 Escape. At our first meeting, I told him about the cars I was interested in Chris was recommended to me by my parents, who recently purchased a 2017 Escape. At our first meeting, I told him about the cars I was interested in seeing (preowned Explorers), the maximum amount of monthly payment I was comfortable with, and the amenities I absolutely NEEDED to have. Instead of taking me to see the 2014 I had found on their website, Chris sat us down and looked through the database to see if anything else in their inventory fit my requirements. He then walked us through the lot to see the different types available and eventually found me the perfect car: a certified pre-owned 2017 Explorer that came with all the bells & whistles, plus more! AND he made sure it fit my price range. Furthermore, the day I came to the dealership and found the car was a Saturday, and I was scheduled to leave for a work trip for an entire week, the next day. Chris assured me that if I wanted the car, it was mine, and had them hold for me until I returned. In the meantime, Chris was patient and exceptional with handling my paperwork, answered my questions via phone and email almost immediately, and had everything ready for me to sign and the car ready to go, the day I came to pick it up.! The last time I bought a car, I was nowhere near as confident in my decision to purchase, as I was this time. If going to Malouf Ford, I high recommend Chris! More
