What an incredible experience. Wow. Greatest car buying experience I've ever had, and probably ever will because I don't know how they can possibly out-do themselves. My father-in- Wow. Greatest car buying experience I've ever had, and probably ever will because I don't know how they can possibly out-do themselves. My father-in-law did all the leg work in making this deal happen. He originally went to the dealership where my wife's car was leased and talked numbers. He then left that dealership and drove further to Malouf just to compare prices. Malouf was so welcoming, upfront, and transparent. My father-in-law (who worked in the industry post retirement for a few years) could not believe the numbers Malouf offered us on a new lease. It blew the other dealer out of the water. But that's not all. They did so many other things to go out of their way to make our experience a great one (too many to list.) Don Brown is a phenomenal Sales Manager. Genuinely pleasant-no fake sales BS here. And Chris Fitzgerald absolutely shocked me with how knowledgeable he was with the new 'techy' features of the car. It was as if he's demonstrated how to operate the console gadgets thousands of times! Finance Manager Charlie was also extremely efficient. Sales Manager Steven Close was also involved and very friendly. I will definitely be going out of my way to purchase my future vehicles from here. I had such a great experience that I told 20 people so far at my organization how great Malouf was. Outstanding job Ford Malouf! More

Excellent experience from start to finish! We had first gone to a different Ford dealership to lease a Ford Escape and we were not happy with the sales person we dealt with and decided to try M We had first gone to a different Ford dealership to lease a Ford Escape and we were not happy with the sales person we dealt with and decided to try Malouf Ford. So happy we did! We arrived an hour prior to closing to test drive the Escape and Chris, our sales consultant could not have been more knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. When we picked up the car, Chris took his time to explain all the features. His follow up with phone calls and email were extremely appreciated. We would highly recommend Chris and Malouf Ford to friends and family. Overall a GREAT experience!!!! More
