Outstanding customer service and information. Staff is always on time and prepared to deliver the requested service. I have referred family members and friends to work with Chris and they have had like experiences to mine. As best I can determine, costs are reasonable and affordable. I am elderly and elect to make my appointments for the opening time. Since customer activity has usually not hit highs at that time, I am usually offered a ride (about 1 mile) to the nearby YMCA for my daily exercise. I love it that I can work to stay healthy while totally trusting that my car will be well cared for. I trust. Chris to call me to explain any recommended problems and seek my permission to address them. As former business manager, I am keenly aware of the reflection of good management is seen in the attitude of employees to clients. To me, that means a lot. More

I am driving my third Honda purchased at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. I cannot remember any complaints I have ever had with Service Department. Chris Glen is one of the most professional Service T Honda of Burlington. I cannot remember any complaints I have ever had with Service Department. Chris Glen is one of the most professional Service Techs I have met. He is also one of the most personable. Even when he is extremely busy, he manages a smile. He pays attention to my needs and is always informative, explaining things so I understand. In my opinion, he goes beyond expectations of his job. I appreciate him and all the employees at Burlington Honda. I thank him and the mechanic who recently worked on my car. They were wonderful!! I have recommended this dealership to more than one person, and will continue to go there. More
