I have been a customer of Executive Honda for 12 years. All of my services have been with and at Executive. Each time, including my most recent service, Executive has provided excellent service every time. All of my services have been with and at Executive. This time, Executive offered a new addition to service where the technician sends a brief video concerning the current service. I found it to be an excellent addition. Chris Guerin was professional and personable. He provided timely and updated information. More

I always have a horrible experience with this dealership. The staff there are rude and unfriendly and behave as if they are doing me a favor. The wait time is unacceptably long. They mention wait time is abo The staff there are rude and unfriendly and behave as if they are doing me a favor. The wait time is unacceptably long. They mention wait time is about an hour, last time I had to wait 2.5 hours. Previous to that, I waited 1.5 hours and then asked where my car is, and they forgot to take it to the shop. I expressed my concern to the service manager, his attitude was that it was somehow my problem. Totally unacceptable. I have lived in different states and have dealt with 4 different Honda dealership, never had as bad an experience as the Executive Honda Meriden. I am looking for other options. More
