It is incredibly difficult to find new cars right now and not only did Chris find us a new Corolla Cross, he also helped us secure the elusive RAV 4 Prime XSE PP, the magical unicorn of SUVs. The entire proc not only did Chris find us a new Corolla Cross, he also helped us secure the elusive RAV 4 Prime XSE PP, the magical unicorn of SUVs. The entire process from start to finish was easy, and Chris was great to work with. We never felt pressured and there was transparency with the pricing. I always have major stress about buying cars because I HATE negotiating, but I never felt like I had to. Thanks to everyone! Post-pandemic new vehicle buying is an interesting experience with the lack of new inventory on the lot, contact lists, deposits, and waiting for the vehicle to be built and shipped. This was the qui experience with the lack of new inventory on the lot, contact lists, deposits, and waiting for the vehicle to be built and shipped. This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. From first contact with Chris Guidi to driving off the lot, everything went smoothly and there were no surprises. There were no surprise costs and there was no hard upsale. Wilsonville Toyota had the best price for the RAV4 LE Hybrid I was after and I lucked out and was able to put a deposit down on one that was a color I liked and had the options I wanted. We live a couple miles from another Toyota dealer and purchased a Tacoma from them a few years ago but, after this experience with Wilsonville Toyota, we would gladly make the drive down to Wilsonville to buy from them again. I reached out to 8 dealerships looking for a RAV4. Several emailed me back, some texted, but only two dealerships actually called me back, and Wilsonville Toyota was one of them. This was the reason I initially took my business to Wilsonville Toyota. The second reason is Chris Guidi. We walked in on a Saturday with an appt to test drive a RAV4 and Chris was assigned to help us. I'm so glad he was! We ended up putting a deposit down for a new RAV4 within an hour of meeting Chris. Throughout the whole car buying process he was accessible for questions, knowledgeable about the questions I was asking and so friendly. I wish every Salesman was like Chris! Thanks again! The next time I buy a car I will definitely come back to your dealership! More

When we walked in on a Saturday, I had been looking around on day 1 of a search with my wife. The goal was to find something she really wanted. We had been to a nearby Ford dealership for something we could drive locally and fly fish in. The cars just weren’t impressive. I figured I’d head south, and looked up your dealership. When we walked in, it was buzzing there. Tons of people, lots going on. We were not dressed nice at all- we were making an impromptu trip. Still, in between helping people, a genuine guy comes up and asks if we’re being helped. He had to pull himself away from whatever he was involved in to do that. He ended up helping us, and showing us around. He was awesome. In 30 minutes, we went from having no knowledge of the vehicles to having my wife know exactly what she wanted. He gave us the necessary knowledge and insight on how to buy a new car in this strange post-Covid landscape. I watched him go out of his way to care. Chris was the key to the whole thing. It was obvious he was working hard for us. All the way through, he was active making sure every one of his clients was taken care of. Just a really genuine, “with it” dude. More
