Where do I start? My first experience White River left much to be desired, I believed my sales person was more interested in selling the vehicle than what was right fo My first experience White River left much to be desired, I believed my sales person was more interested in selling the vehicle than what was right for me, Lesson learned. I went looking for another Toyota and found myself in a pickle as there are only a couple of dealerships nearby. I went to a dealership and was not impressed with the sales staffs lackluster approach to assisting me finding the right vehicle. So, I decided to take another (cautious) chance with White River. I called and got connected with Brian Moore. I knew what I wanted and I was waiting for the 25's to come out on the website for order. Brian didn't fill my head with a bunch of fluff and xx, and told me there are possible routes to get my vehicle just the way I wanted it. I passed on a build list and we awaited for something close to come along. Something finally popped up and he alerted me immediately. He worked hand in hand with me to get the available truck customized to the exact build I wanted. After several calls and a meet and greet we finally received the truck, Brian made to whole process painless, stress free, and even enjoyable. He did a fabulous job and made a repeat customer. He was very transparent about pricing and available options. He’s personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I very much dislike the car buying “game” that can occur at some dealerships. This did not happen at WRT with Sheldon. I was never pressured or surprised. Sheldon listened to what I was asking for and kept me informed consistently throughout the whole process. My two kids (5 and 7), came with me while I test drove 3 vehicles, twice, while trying to make decision. They were welcomed and even asked for their feedback on the vehicles. Sheldon’s daughter was there helping him out. Thank you to her for assisting in the car buying process! It’s awesome to see White River Toyota be so family friendly and supportive of their staff. I also want to thank Bill and Chris for their help. The staff like Sheldon, Bill, and Chris are the reason I went to WRT and they are the reason I’ll go back in the future. More
