I was very anxious about getting a new car. Unprepared and an overall mess of a customer. Lincoln was awesome! He has checked back in a multiple of times making sure I had no questions or concerns, immediately scheduled an appointment with service to get my heated seats put in! He made the entire new car process smooth. I should mention Chris in the Finance department who was also amazing, I know Finance people are usually High-Pressure Jerks, but not Chris he had me laughing and got me out quickly. Buying a new car is stressful for me, and I couldn't of asked for a better salesperson. Considering I was furious and walked out of the previous dealership because they were being incredibly disrespectful, it says a lot that I am so happy with Lincoln and White River Toyota. More

All in all a great experience! Brian was very helpful in showcasing each of the vehicles I was interested in while giving me the space to make a decision. Chris in Finances was honest and transparent about additional services offered by the dealership, which made the experience a lot less daunting. Lastly, Sheldon helped secure a test drive for me while Brian was out - despite not being a direct customer, he was courteous and open to discussing any questions I had regarding my search. In what presented itself as a really tough situation - needing a financed vehicle ASAP - these guys made things a lot less stressful! I will definitely be returning in the future. More

On the first day I visited, she had no problem pulling up four cars for me to look at, ensuring I had plenty of options to consider. Her warmth and helpfulness was consistent throughout the entire process, it made me feel confident and well taken care of! I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car! White River Toyota seems like a nice and professional place as well.
