I promise- I’m not related to anyone who works at this dealership - I am truly a loyal customer because of the great service provided whenever I need service and/or it’s time to buy a new car. Linda is great at what she does, doesn’t waste your time, and most importantly - she doesn’t make me feel pressured to buy. She answers my questions, and doesn’t make me feel weird for asking about specific features that are on my “must have” list. During my latest trip, I also worked with Mike Tweedy (in Finance). He was so friendly and personable! He laid out all of the information I needed to make the best decisions for me, and was also very helpful when I asked questions. No pressure, smooth process - so easy and stress free! Seriously though. This is the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from this specific dealership and evertime it gets better and easier. Everyone has that horror story about going to the dealership and 6 hours later you are s specific dealership and evertime it gets better and easier. Everyone has that horror story about going to the dealership and 6 hours later you are still there signing papers. Not here, got there at 215 pm and walked out @430pm new car in hand while trading in a lease and also took a 20 min test drive in that time. Aaron Stephen's was my sales specialist and he was fantastic💯 above and beyond knowledgeable and quick with all his responsibilities during the process. This was my 7th vw purchase from different dealerships across 3 different states and I will keep going here for years to come and send everyone I know here as they are the best at what they do and it goes along with saying that they have employees who have been there for over 5yrs because I have seen them there for the past 6 and in sales through the pandemic that is impressive to do. She helped identify the pro's and con's of the various vehicles I test drove and asked great questions to help narrow down what specific details I was looking for in a vehicle.
