Today I dealt with the Sales Department to check on maybe trading my Equinox for a newer Chevrolet. Chris Hensley was the person that I was dealing with. He took a lot of patients and kindness answering all the questions this old lady through at him. When I decided on a car, he installed the blue tooth from my Iphone. He also set my favorite channels on the radio. These are minor details to a lot of people but to me it was a great courtesy. He did explain all the controls that I needed to know on the new car.
