I always make an appointment for servicing. I drive from out of town. It’s not right that you take walk ins and appointments, but still take them in the order everyone gets there. All I had I drive from out of town. It’s not right that you take walk ins and appointments, but still take them in the order everyone gets there. All I had done was an oil change and was there 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was at 10:30, I got there at 10:20. I left there at 1:00. I bought a maintenance plan when I bought my car, Otherwards I wouldn’t even go there anymore. There were so many people in the waiting room, all the seats were taken and I’m on crutches after a knee surgery. If you aren’t going to honor appointment times, stop letting us make them. At least then we won’t expect to be seen in a timely manner! More

I had a hard time getting ahold of Mazda Service department when I was calling to ask to confirm my appointment time. I got an email confirmation for 8:45am with notes that I needed to drop off my c department when I was calling to ask to confirm my appointment time. I got an email confirmation for 8:45am with notes that I needed to drop off my car to have the back handle fixed since Mazda installed it incorrectly upon replacing the back up camera. However, I had been told over the phone I would get a loaner car but I did not get the time confirmed in writing and my appointment time had not been updated. They also did not confirm that they would make sure to send a porter who drove manual to take my car. I wanted to make sure they didnt waste their trip if they had a porter who expected to drive automatic, so I called the service center to check. I called Elk Grove 6 times with no answer. I then called the Roseville Elk Grove who told me to try the parts department. My 8th time calling, I called the parts department and they transfered me to service and I was able to get ahold of someone. Another thing I thought was not given very much attention to detail was my name. I signed my name in my email and my texts as Sarah yet I was constantly being called Rita. More
