I have always had a good experience at this dealership. This visit was more unusual than most. The previous time I brought my car in, which was for servicing last June, I asked them to put back the sunroo This visit was more unusual than most. The previous time I brought my car in, which was for servicing last June, I asked them to put back the sunroof seal that had fallen out shortly before the visit. It was an extremely dry summer after that. At the beginning of winter I noticed water fogging the window. I couldn't figure out the source. Eventually I noticed water under the rubber floor mats, a lot of it. It took awhile for there to be a loaner available and at least a week for someone to look at the vehicle once it was at the shop, compounded by the Christmas holiday. When Chris saw the water damage he suggested that I call my insurance company since in addition to fixing the issue, the carpets should be taken out for cleaning to remove the musty smell. It was thoughtful of Chris to suggest this. When the insurance company wanted me to take photos myself, he advised me that the insurance company was obligated in Connecticut to send someone in person. Another thoughtful suggestion. I called them and had an adjuster go to the shop. I have now gotten my car back, fixed, dry, shiny clean, detailed, and gleaming. All this time I had a fun loaner so I appreciated the full service and was not in a hurry. Nothing to do with the service review, but this is a 2013 335xi. It has some nice improvements over my previous 1999 328i. One flaw though is that leaves gather where the windshield meets the hood. I don't park directly under a tree but there are many trees in our neighborhood and falling leaves get stuck there so I am constantly opening the hood to clean them out as best I can. Not sure if this contributed to my problem or not. Thank you, Chris, for being thorough, professional, and kind. More

This dealer is the worst I’ve ever been to in my life. It took them 7 hours merely to replace the rear brake pads, change the windshield wiper blades and change the oil and I was never called nor text to It took them 7 hours merely to replace the rear brake pads, change the windshield wiper blades and change the oil and I was never called nor text to let me know my car was ready. What’s worse is that I specifically told them not to put My car through their automatic car wash and they did anyway and it put two 15 inch long scratches in the paint located right on the hood. When I got to this dealer they told Me car was ready and had me sign the paperwork and then made Me wait another 20 minutes for My car to be brought to me from their gated rear Lot which customers Cannot enter. I heard another customer yelling at the Service writers while I was there and now I know why. Avoid bringing your BMW to this dealer for service even if you bought it there because they’re TERRIBLE More
