I was greeted by Jeremy Jenson and asked what I was looking for in a vehicl This was the second time I went to buy a new vehicle at Gateway Chevrolet. I was greeted by Jeremy Jenson and asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. He showed me exactly one of two pickups that fit my wants and price range. The first one a white LTZ Silverado Demo. The second joice was black. Both 2018 models. I selected the black one and purchased it five days later. Both Jeremy and Chris who does the financing were excellent in answering all my questions and explaining the details of the sale. Jeremy was very thorough showing me the new functions of a 2018 pickup. If I ever have need of help they both said give them a call or stop in. Thank You Jeremy and Chris. More

Several employees stayed late to help find out what I needed. I was working with 5 other dealerships (including the 1 we had bought our previous 2 diesel 1 Ton dually long box trucks from). These guys went the extra mile. Very proactive in communication. I am a 63 year old widow and this is the first time I have had to buy a vehicle - and such an expensive one at that! They made the process easy & I felt comfortible dealing with them. JJ even changed his work schedule to work with my travel schedule for pickup. He was patient with me for the preflight checkout & kindly rode along for my first fuel up! Made me feel comfortible, important, and safe. When you invest $70 thousand in a new vehicle, it would be a good idea to let me help you advertise with a chevy jacket. My previous Chevvy Silverado Dually 1 Ton drove 320 thousand miles and I hated to part with it. I hope my new Chevy will perform as well. More

We had an amazing experience with Jeremy in the past, so we informed him what we were looking for in a larger vehicle. He sent us information on several vehicles that fit our wants, and every time they had a car on the lot that he thought we would like, he called so we could come take a look. Several weeks later, we finally found the one! Jeremy kept up with us to make sure we found the right car and when we did, he took the time to explain all of the features, and set up our on-star. From the sale, to picking out the accessories, and down to the finance, every single employee was so kind, personable and willing to make sure that we left happy! I don’t think we will need a new vehicle for awhile, but when we do, we will be going back to Gateway! More

And now after shopping around the FM area for the last few weeks for a truck, we found exactly what we were looking for at Gateway Chevrolet. Our salesman JJ did a great job of listening to what we needed / wanted and offered several choices to satisfy our needs. The finance office was probably the best experience I have had to date. Not even kidding. They didn't even try to sell me under coating! The whole experience was quick and painless. Also they have some pretty good cookies too. We appreciate everything Gateway did for us and are definitely coming back for our future purchases. RT/JT More
