Al doesn’t care, I was honest and up front about my situation having just moved here from Florida and not knowing anyone having an eight year old. My car broke down due to a dead battery as it was the original battery in the vehicle and they did not complete the proper check of the vehicle to ensure my son and I wouldn’t be stranded. Upon reaching out them they told me to get an Uber wait until tomorrow nothing they can do. Mind you I only had the vehicle for two and a half weeks at this point. The only reason I was helped is because of one individual who made the choice to help out of his own kindness not from management or Toyota itself. Unacceptable and no excuse. More
