I brought my car in for service. I was greeted by Chris Laporte who always takes care of me. He was friendly as usual and very helpful. He got my car serviced and I was out of there in less then an hour. G Laporte who always takes care of me. He was friendly as usual and very helpful. The day after Christmas I got stuck in the Publix parking lot my battery was dead ended up having to get my car towed to the dealership with extensive checks they told me there was nothing wrong with the bat lot my battery was dead ended up having to get my car towed to the dealership with extensive checks they told me there was nothing wrong with the battery that evening I was waiting for a ride and took an hour and a half to pick me up which I was not happy about they said they were shortstaffed because of the holiday anyhow fast forward three weeks later I got stuck again with the car I initially asked for a new battery they told me they didn’t find anything wrongI ended up having to jump my car bring it back to the dealership where they finally realize that they needed to give me a new battery which should’ve been done the first time but my service advisor Chris Laporte was very good to me and the problem is resolved now but it should’ve been taken care of the first time More

I went in for a simple oil change at 12:00pm that was scheduled not a walk in, I had to wait over 3.5 hrs for my vehicle could be completed I left there at 3:45pm , I really don’t understand why if you h scheduled not a walk in, I had to wait over 3.5 hrs for my vehicle could be completed I left there at 3:45pm , I really don’t understand why if you have a scheduled appointment it should take them over 3.5 hrs for a simple oil change Iam so dissatisfied with service.
