I pretty much did all my dealings on line with David Starlin of CARDINALEWAY MAZDA in Mesa, AZ. We agreed to a price and terms before I even got on the lot and was promised nothing would change once I got there. David was true to his word and nothing changed, except I got more for my trade-in than expected. The deal was smooth, no issues and no surprises. If I had to come up with any negative it would be when I got to Finance. I did feel a little pressured to buy an extended warrantee service. Other than that, It was actually an easy transaction, no pressure, and comfortable atmosphere. More

Great Service!! I walked into this dealership with a few hesitations (I am a female and they say not to shop for cars without a male present, something about a better I walked into this dealership with a few hesitations (I am a female and they say not to shop for cars without a male present, something about a better deal). There was no one around on a Friday evening at 7pm so Donny, the general sales manager, was more than willing to show me around and let me sit in every model I was interested in. He was straightforward and honest, with no gimmicks or haggling. We spoke candidly about what I was looking for and I mentioned a few deals I saw online. He was able to beat every one of them. During my purchasing process they were patient and explained every option available to me. It was a seamless and easy process, for someone who has a hard time making decisions! I would recommend this dealership for every Mazda need!! Thank you again for amazing service! More

When we encountered Stacey Walters, we decided she was the person from whom we wanted to buy a car. It helped that she is selling vehicles with epic safety features! We had the most positive car buying experience we have ever had. There were no high pressure tactics, questionable sales pitches/claims and was completely haggle-free. It is my intention to highly recommend this Group! More

Fantastic customer relations. Happy that my wife and I took our daughters advise and went to Cardinale Way Mazda when we were looking to buy a new car. Brian Soncrant was a great sales person to work with. He knew the ins and outs of the cars we were looking at. Along with Brian, Donny Mortier and Wayne DeLeo worked real hard to get us a price we could live with and Chris Mankin , in finance, topped off the night with a personality that just made you happy that you had just laid down a bunch of money for your new car. Although we don't expect to see Steve Ross in the service department for a while, he made it so you want to just drive in to see him even though your car is not ready to be serviced. It was a very enjoyable experience. More

Exceptional Customer Service I had an appoinment with another sales associate, but ended up meeting with Darlene Ledbetter who assisted me in finding my perfect vehicle. Her pleas I had an appoinment with another sales associate, but ended up meeting with Darlene Ledbetter who assisted me in finding my perfect vehicle. Her pleasant, helpful demeanor made the entire process a positive one. Darlene took the time to listen and go over the different vehicles and options to see what I would be most happiest with. I ended up purchasing a fully loaded 2015 Mazda CX5. Darlene sat in the car and explained all the bells and whistles. I am not savvy with electronics, so this was really beneficial to me. The team in place is amazing and I will definitely be a life long customer! More

Breaking Down and Excellent Experience Our third daughter who will be driving in less than a year will be needing a car so my wife and I were torn between a Mazda 3 and a Honda Civic. The Our third daughter who will be driving in less than a year will be needing a car so my wife and I were torn between a Mazda 3 and a Honda Civic. The difference was the Cardinale Way Team. The salesman Daniel Mosqueira was more concerned with providing us information than pushing us to fill out a profile/application, which made us feel no pressure. Most sales people like to quickly find out if they can make the sale and I can appreciate the time he spent with us. Thanks Daniel! We didn't purchase that day and before we left we met Wayne DeLeo the Sales Manager which is understandable since we did take the vehicle for a test drive and he should meet the people driving one of his vehicles. Wayne was also professional with minimal questions and understood we were shopping. Again, no pressure felt, very genuine and good experience. Thanks Wayne! I would have to say if it wasn't for such a pleasant experience with the first two team members we spoke to, I doubt we would have even returned, much like the other dealership we met with. (name unmentioned) Upon returning by myself to negotiate we couldn't find the car we test drove, which was white with black interior, but I was okay with a black one available on the lot. My wife and I had a price in mind for each of the vehicles we were interested in. I received the first offer from Daniel and Wayne, which was the basic pricing. I was pleasantly surprised when we came to the agreed price based on what my wife and I had in mind even though it wasn't the white car of choice. Please keep in mind I feel they would have found the white one I wanted, but the experience for me had no pressure from the start so I did not feel the need to place further demands. My final paperwork was with Chris Mankin, who was "only" able to talk me into the warranty program because this car will be handed to my down to my daughter and I knew my wife wanted the security of the warranty and the service program. As much as I wanted to continue to haggle knowing I wasn't getting anywhere with the price I knew I was only wasting time. There was pretty much no way I could keep this up with my wife waiting for me to just do what I was going to have to do anyway and accept the warranty. I have to laugh because I hate to haggle when my wife is sitting next to me. She didn't come down until we had an agreed price met, so haggling over a warranty on a vehicle for our daughter's car was just for me to feel like I accomplished something. Chris your made the paperwork fun for me so thanks! Just knowing I could simply cancel the warranty is probably all the comfort I need, but I wont. There is comfort in knowing if my daughter loses a key or anything needs to be repaired it will be warrantied until she is 20 is worth it. Not to mention, the service plan will help teach her the importance of maintenance on her vehicle so keeping her on schedule will be a helpful lesson. My wife and I would have to say this was one of the most pleasant vehicle purchases we have gone through in a long time and will be back for another vehicle soon! More
