Chris Mazzeo was super friendly and was a pleasure to work with to get my Jeep fixed on two separate occasions. Once with replacing a 48v battery under the mopar warranty, and the other was replacing the work with to get my Jeep fixed on two separate occasions. Once with replacing a 48v battery under the mopar warranty, and the other was replacing the rear differential under an extended warranty. The extended warranty company (Assurion) was slow, but Chris kept me updated frequently through the process and anytime there was an update he let me know which was greatly appreciated. He even answered/replied on his days off which is to me is going above and beyond. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my Jeep, but if there is anything that comes up that I may need, I'll be sure to reach out to Chris again as he was great to work with on getting my Jeep repaired. More
