Great Experience I bought a new Impala last year from Champion Chevrolet in Johnson City. I decided I wanted a Silverado instead. I went to trade towards a used mode I bought a new Impala last year from Champion Chevrolet in Johnson City. I decided I wanted a Silverado instead. I went to trade towards a used model, but Kristen Martin and David Palmer worked their magic and got me into a brand new Z71! They are extremely professional and will not waste your time, which appealed to me. They are honest, listen to you, and aim to get you where you want to be as far as vehicle wise. They are not "pushy" like some of the other dealership sales people. They are patient and want you to be happy. That is the impression I got with the last two times I bought cars there. I will definately be a return customer. Also Chris in finance is extremely personable and friendly. Over the years, I have probably purchased 10-12 new cars from 6 or 7 different dealerships, and this was one of the most pleasant new car purchase experiences. Thank you Champion!!-E Edwards More
