Low Pressure, Great service and Excellent deal Bryanna was great to work with from the first email. She was very personable and knowledgable. She understood exactly what we were looking for and Bryanna was great to work with from the first email. She was very personable and knowledgable. She understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the best deal possible. She never pressured us or made us feel bad for our credit challenges. We drove 3 different Niro's and Bryanna helped us find the best price and deal we could get. Kenny in finance was also great to work with. I was raised by parents who owned car lots and have purchased 8 vehicles and have only once written a review recommending a dealership. I highly recommend Bryanna and Kia of Garden Grove. More

Overall a great experience but need to do due diligence Estela was great throughout the whole process. Very supportive and quick to answer any questions. We met Chris only for a short time and he was able to meet our offer. We did not like that certain accessories were mandatory such as the anti-theft patrol unit. Almost, another $1k for something that is not being used. We did not have the option to decline and neither was it advertised in the price. Also do your due diligence and do not be afraid to ask questions when signing all the paperwork. We have bought dozens of cars so know what to look for (1st time purchasers may need to pay more attention - do due diligence). Overall, the value and service we received was great. I would recommend Kia of Garden Grove but again bring someone who is experienced or do due diligence. More
