After much deliberation, I had settled on a 2017 SL Rogue in Monarch Orange with a quilted leather interior. At the time, there were no models of this type available in the continental United States, so an order was placed with Nissan through Ralph Clement. The inital delivery date was scheduled for February. However, Ralph, and the whole Gates team at no point stopped looking for a vehicle which could be delivered in a more timely manner. We picked up my new vehicle on January 19th. We had a little trouble with the Siriusxm service but it was quickly corrected by Ralph. We very much enjoyed working with Ralph, and Chris in the finance department. This dealership is highly personable and has a great small town neighbor feel. We will return in a few years when it's time to purchase another vehicle. Rock on! More
