Martin, Chris, and Ryan took care of me and treated me like family. My only complaint is that they're not located closer to the Midwest! I can't say I've ever had a better car buying experience. It was about a 9 hour ride back to Ohio, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Very knowledgeable team here and very motivated to give customers the best experience possible. Paul answered my questions and concerns about the Buick lineup. I liked the size and room of the Encore plus the AWD. The SUV has great acceleration and great on gas. The trim features were much better than the Trax. I wanted a certain color and Paul found the SUV. I wanted to pay a certain price with 0% financing. Paul helped me with the negotiations.
