Dante was an excellent salesman, handling questions and fielding answers from all sides early one Sat morn. He sat me down, we talked a little abt what I had in mind and he took his time explaining things as we went. The process was simple enough. The other salesmen were impressively helpful and cheerfully pitched in when there were questions that couldn’t immediately be answered. The showroom is very modern & open, but it didn’t feel like we were all oversharing our private stuff.. still felt like I was getting individual attention in so much space. Dante spent his whole day making sure I was cared for. It was awesome to feel so appreciated! I bought the truck.. and would buy another. The experience was not as scary as I expected it to be.. in fact, I had fun! My finance guy, Chris, was patient and happy-go-lucky. His diligence and expertise was just what I needed to feel comfortable locking into a 6yr loan. He was so knowledgeable!! Can’t say enough abt the class and service of my purchase at Gates GMC. Top notch!! More
