I never felt like he expected me to buy or lease anything right away. I honestly believe he would have let me test drive every car on the lot and then go home and think about it if that's what I wanted to do. Everyone in the dealership was super nice and friendly. Chris patiently explained the financial documents and made me laugh. We've been having our 2013 Encore serviced here for the last few years and the service department is fantastic. So I highly recommend this dealership, Jay, and everyone who makes this such a great place to do business. More
