Long story short - had a questionable experience with another dealer, 4 years after I bought my 2013 Escape from Klaben (I have since moved from the N Long story short - had a questionable experience with another dealer, 4 years after I bought my 2013 Escape from Klaben (I have since moved from the NEO area). Called Klaben as I have been buying from them for 20+ years and have always trusted them. Klaben towed my car 120 miles, diagnosed and corrected an engine issue that the other dealer assured me was unable to be fixed (other dealer said engine needed replaced). Although car was now fine, decided I wanted a new Escape. Klaben covered the cost of the tow and the repair to my 2013, and Chris Moldas, my very favorite salesperson, put me into a 2017 Escape Titanium. Love the car! Klaben has always treated us very well - will probably make the 120 mile drive when we need another car! Thanks again, Chris and everyone else! More

From the moment I got out of my car to the moment I drove off in my new car, I felt welcomed and did not feel like "just another customer." I came in wanting to look at a totally different car than what I purchased but I was open to different options. Chris took the time to understand my situation and explained to me different options he thought would be best for me. I did not feel pressured at ANY point during this experience. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Ford Escape SE and I could NOT be any happier!! I absolutely LOVE this SUV!
