Pleasantly surprised. I stopped in to show my wife some colors of Explorers as I was getting ready to order and XLT from the dealer I normally use. Chris, a salesperson stopped us and asked if he could help us. I said probably not and told him I looked at the magnetic Metallic Explorer Sport so I could make sure the color I wanted my vehicle built in. Chris asked 8f I liked the sport and I said yes but I could afford it. He worked a deal and it was to much for me. 30 minutes after I left there he called me with a deal I couldn't refuse. I got much much more of a car than the one I was going to order. An amazing experience and deal. I am so happy with my Sport I feel like a kid at Xmas. Never expected to drive away in a new car yesterday let alone from Klaben. Thanks Chris! More

Two weeks ago I went to see Mike Cooney, in under two hours, I was driving out of the dealership in my new car. Klaben gets it. They listen to your needs and wants and work to closely align their products to fit your needs. It’s simple, this is the best and most honest dealership in Northeast Ohio. I can’t write this review without mentioning Klaben’s service department. Again, they provide the best experience. Three years ago, I became acquainted with Chris after my car was totaled by a freaky 4th of July hailstorm. I had a crazy work schedule that left no time for car-shopping, so I submitted an Internet inquiry. Chris promptly and consistently gave me information that proved to be accurate. Ultimately, I got a good deal on a car that I loved instead of settling for one that I could merely tolerate. In the recent purchase, I was under no time constraint to buy and I could have gone anywhere.
