I was born in Steubenville, OH and raised in Follansbee, WV. I received a Flight Technology Degree at Kent State University in 1995. I have worked in the automobile business for over 25 years and every one of those has been at Klaben! We are from Parma, although there are other, closer, dealerships, we drive the 50+ miles to Klaben for their Sales and Customer Service. We have been customers for over 15 years and have purchased or le dealerships, we drive the 50+ miles to Klaben for their Sales and Customer Service. We have been customers for over 15 years and have purchased or leased at least 7 vehicles , 100% satisfied every time. Chis Moldas has gone above and beyond in search of and in negotiating a vehicle to suit our must haves each and every time. He is an advocate for Klaben Ford and has made our experience a pleasure each and every time. Had a great experience at Klaben! WE purchased THREE CARS with Chris Moldas (2013 Ford F-150, 2013 Escape and a 2012 Ford Focus). We have purchased vehicles with Chris over 15 years now and it has always been a wonderful experience. Mr. Rich Klaben is an honest and fair man. Mr. Klaben took the time to speak to my 18 year old daughter on her first car purchase and that meant a lot to her. Dealing with Chris and Mr. Klaben is not like walking into a car dealership it is like dealing with family. They genuinely care about what is best for you! That is why I enjoy dealing with Klaben Ford. More

My husband Ernie and I had been looking for a car for the past three months. Looking on the internet I spotted the Lincoln that we purchased from Klaben. My wife and I wanted to look at the new Escape. Mike Pennock was extremely helpful over the 2 day process. We never felt pressured to buy and this was the main reason we came back the 2nd day. Tex was available to answer all my questions regarding the operation of my 2007 VW Beetle. He was friendly and thorough. Chris was there for me, also.
