Big purchases great service. I went to Klaben Ford to look for a new vehicle. My family has worked with Chris Moldas in the past so I requested him. Unfortunately, Chris was off that day but Tim, a new sales person, helped me out in his stead and then gave my information to Chris the next day. It was great to see Tim's enthusiasm but to have the experiences of Chris Moldas. Great teamwork!!! Chris worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted in the price range that I needed. Fusion Titanium I was building out Fusion Titanium models online and Klaben had the closest match so I pulled in the lot and looked around for the car I found online. Chris approached me in the parking lot and helped me find it so I could take a look. The car had almost everything I was looking for, but not quite. He helped me add on most of the accessories I wanted. His flexible 9 to 9 hours really helped get me back to Klaben for a second visit which is when I made my decision to purchase. Based on my experience with Chris I would definitely go back again for a new car but hopefully that won't be for a long time! More

We over time have kept in contact with Chris, always visiting when in for regular service. We have had a desire to purchase a MKC every since they came out and was able to make a deal. Extremely Helpful When I Was In a Bind I had a leased vehicle from a different dealership and was nearly at double my mileage allotment. When I talked to the original dealerships, they blew I had a leased vehicle from a different dealership and was nearly at double my mileage allotment. When I talked to the original dealerships, they blew me off and told me just to buy the car and that would be the only option. I was recommended to talk to Chris from a good friend, and he did not disappoint! From the get go, he was convinced that buying out the original car was not my only option, and probably not the best. Chris worked hard to work this from every angle and see what all of my options would be. I gave him several cars I was interested in, and what my budget was, and he delivered exactly what I was looking for.
