While everything was discribed & they were very good about setting everything up for us...I suspect that a refresher course would be very helpful in a week or so as there is so much to learn & understand! Sold me a car then sold it to someone else. Chris Otto sold me a CPO 2016 XTS on Friday. I was told that the car would be in the shop all weekend and that I could come in on Monday for the car. Chris Otto sold me a CPO 2016 XTS on Friday. I was told that the car would be in the shop all weekend and that I could come in on Monday for the car. On Saturday Otto Cadillac sold the car to another person without talking to me. The salesperson wrote my phone number incorrectly so I was not contacted. In 54 years of buying cars this was my worst experience ever. If the CPO program was not so important to me I would have never purchased a car from them, I located another vehicle which they purchased from another dealer and certified it. I had to do their job in locating a car. Chris located a car but wanted to charge me$2,000.00 more than the original deal we agreed to. BAD BUSINESS, NO CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION!! More
