The difficult to achieve made simple I just negotiated with OTTO Cadillac to buy a new car. For the first time in my life I did it over the phone and on the internet. While this may sound I just negotiated with OTTO Cadillac to buy a new car. For the first time in my life I did it over the phone and on the internet. While this may sound difficult the leadership and staff at OTTO Cadillac made it relatively easy. At the end of the day all I had to do is sign and drive away. At no time was I concerned about Covid-19 as the dealership had that covered with strict adherence to all CDC and NYS Health Dept guidelines. The people of OTTO Cadillac from Chris OTTO on down are a pleasure to deal with. They don't run you around the barn and attempt to confuse the issue with a lot of double talk and jargon. It's just straight up "this it what was can do". They do take extraordinary measures to make the deal fit your needs and budget. They don't look to squeeze every last nickle out of you. What they do is sell you a car, and after all that's what you are there for. Great job everyone. More
