i came in for an oil change, and left with a smile I arrived at Continental Acura around noon Wednesday and was quickly greeted by the service lane employees and directed on where to go. This dealership will not leave you confused and lost while there for service ,unlike others. Chris papo and Shirley the cashier were very friendly and were able to connect on a personal and business level. If I didn't do most of the maintenance myself I would take my TSX here more often. Fantastic Service Again and New Vehicle Purchase We previously had a 2003 MDX that we brought to the dealership several times for service with Chris and each time that we have gone there the service We previously had a 2003 MDX that we brought to the dealership several times for service with Chris and each time that we have gone there the service has been excellent. When we needed to look for another vehicle, my wife wanted to replace her MDX with another one and Continental was the only choice. Kevin helped us when we went to look at a certified 2013 MDX and the experience during the purchase was stress free. We even mentioned that we had outside financing already and they didn't pressure us to get their financing. We will definitely be back! More

Buying an Acura from Greg Pew and Sharon MacDonald is an enjoyable process because they know their product, they communicate regularly and if I need anything, they know where to get it. When it comes to servicing my Acuras, I'm always greeted with a smile and can depend upon Neil, Chris, Dan, Rich, Carrie, Shirley and Barbara, to be looking out for my best interests. Great cars great people Barb is the first to greet me when I come in for a car wash,what joy she is makes me glad my car got dirty. Chris and Neal along with the rest of the Barb is the first to greet me when I come in for a car wash,what joy she is makes me glad my car got dirty. Chris and Neal along with the rest of the service writers are very understand of any problem I might . Chris has a great sense humor . Finally Shirley makes the final stop before leaving the dealership a pleasant and good experience almost makes me not mind any bill I have. More
