The same level of dedicated customer service was experienced here. From the GM, Lance, to the finance guy Chris, and to Vic. I dealt mostly with Vic and he took gentle care of me and my son. All I can say is that every time I deal with Carl Black, from sales to service to management, they all know how to really ensure that you feel like a valued customer.
