The wait time was ridiculous ! My sales person Frank Fratzola was amazing. I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle. He did an excellent job showing me how to operate the vehicle. However, I arrived at the dealership @ 3:30 pm for a 4:00 pm appointment and no one informed him I was there. By 4:25 pm I saw him at his desk and I walked over to him. He told me he was just about to call me because he thought I was running late. When I told him I was their since 3:30 he was shocked and very apologetic. He took me over to the car I was their to purchase and reviewed the features and we took the car for a test drive. Approximately 3 hours later I finally was approached by someone in finance that told me they will be with me in one minute. Ten minutes later I was in with Dionne Baksh and out in 30 minutes. Dionne Baksh did a thorough job explaining all the charges and listening to me complain about how long I waited. She was very apologetic. More

First, I want to say how thankful I am that he was driving that BMW in the first place - it surely saved his life. He was not hurt and that is just amazing. Now, I am happy to report that this purchase experience of my 2013 328i was just about as painless as the first time. Anthony and Chris made things happen for me this time around and I could not be happier. These guys are great. And I'd also like to say that Anthony continued to follow up with me after my purchase of the first car, making sure everything was good. It's been one week since the accident and I'm all settled in with my new car. Thanks Anthony and Chris!! More

Great buying experience overall with everyone I worked with. I had been buying BMWs from another dealership for over 20 years, but once my trusted sales person left, I evaluated a couple of other dealersh with. I had been buying BMWs from another dealership for over 20 years, but once my trusted sales person left, I evaluated a couple of other dealerships. There are "bigger" dealerships in the area, but I found Justin O'Connor and his sales manager Chris Rokosny to be very helpful, open, forthright and they did not play any games. Throughout the purchase process they listened, understood my needs, and went beyond my expectations to win my business. I never had a doubt about any numbers put in front of me, because they were open and completely transparent throughout the process. Once I made the decision to get a 2013 X3, Stan Ramirez proved to be the most honest and diligent Finance person I have dealt with at any auto dealership over the last 30 years - that is a lot of cars. He helped me make the lease vs. buy decision, found the best possible financing option, and did not try to oversell me on options during the closing process. This dealership is on Rt. 202, off the main highway (which is Rt. 22), but definitely worth seeking out. It has a smaller, family type feel to it, unlike the mega-dealerships taking hold in New Jersey. They did not have the exact car I wanted in stock, but they went out and found it, and got it for me within a couple of days at the right price. In the end, their size was not an issue at all. I recommend this dealership very enthusiastically. More
