Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

It seems the work was done properly. However, waiting over 30 minutes is too much, for an oil change. The waiting area was filthy. It never has been this bad in the past. Also, the cost of an oil change over 30 minutes is too much, for an oil change. The waiting area was filthy. It never has been this bad in the past. I was looking at cars on a Sunday afternoon when Rebecca was riding through the lot and stopped to introduce herself to me. I went back on Monday to look at the car I was interested in. Rebecca was the fir was riding through the lot and stopped to introduce herself to me. I went back on Monday to look at the car I was interested in. Rebecca was the first person out to help me. I told her what I liked and we went for a test drive. I was really interested in another car so Rebecca found me one in the color I liked. We took that car for a test drive and I fell in love. Rebecca and the rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous. They were able to work with me and get a payment that fit my budget. I highly recommend that you check out the staff at Forest City Honda. Rebecca Millette made her first sale with me and I purchased my first Honda. I now own a new 2021 Honda Civic. More
