Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

Took vehicle here for a brake job and they did a bait and switch- quoted me for just brakes and said my rotors were good and didn’t need machined so I made the appointment got brakes replaced and they machin switch- quoted me for just brakes and said my rotors were good and didn’t need machined so I made the appointment got brakes replaced and they machined my rotors which was much more expensive than the quoted price, they also took extra long to perform the job because I had left them a bad review for them taking too long. They even told me that the review hurt them , disappointed in this dealership More
