Good Customer Service The dealership was pressure free which is very nice. I felt like the staff was extremely helpful and we got the good deal that we initially came in fo The dealership was pressure free which is very nice. I felt like the staff was extremely helpful and we got the good deal that we initially came in for. The only downfall was my car not being ready on the day they said it would be. I did buy on a Holiday weekend, but I was a little upset when they said my car would be ready by Tuesday and it wasn't ready until Friday. Other then that, the overall experience with this dealership was good and we love our new car. More

Best Dealer ship Ever!!!! I can't say enough good things about Roseville Hyundai and their Awesome staff. I have purchased 3 vehicles their and I don't have good credit at all, I started with a used car and worked up to a Brand New sonota in 2 years. What ever it is that they do I call it magic. They are the BEST!!! Just 3 days ago I was able to help my daughter purchase a 2013 Hyundai accent. After 2 hours and a few tears. My daughter was on her way with the car she deserved.Go anywhere you want but start at Roseville Hyundai you won't be sorry.!!!! Besides who else offers a waranty like theirs. (10 years 100,000 miles) It's a no brainer for me!! I can't wait until they build a pickup truck. Hyundai for life????????????????. More

Smooth and enjoyable! I don't think I could have had a better car buying experience! It was my first time buying a brand new car and naturally I (and my parents) had many q I don't think I could have had a better car buying experience! It was my first time buying a brand new car and naturally I (and my parents) had many questions and concerns. Patrick (sales) put my mind at ease right away. He made us a deal that couldn't be shut down and did everything possible to accommodate my requests and demands. He made sure that I was getting the best possible deal with everything from the price of the car, the APR rate, and my monthly payments. All the employees made us feel welcome and and very much eager to come back with any questions or concerns. Both Patrick and Kajen (finance) made sure that I understood everything and didn't leave with any questions unanswered. If I had to do this all over again, without a doubt Roseville Hyundai is where I would go every single time! More

Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpfull. I was greeted and helped by Patrick Souza. He provided friendly helpfull service to me and my family to ensure we found the car we wanted and get the perfect car for our needs. Ive had nothing but a great time with my new car and hyundai was definetly the right choice for us. Thank you Patrick for wonderfull and knowledgeable help in our new car endeavour. He even played along in a minor lighthearted prank with the true nature of the car, where I was told the car would be blue (my least favorite color), but it showed up in the beautiful orange that I dreamed of. Talked to Chris on the phone, told him what car I was coming to see/get and it was all ready for me parked in front of the dealership when I got there. Diego was incredible. He was super nice, very knowledgeable and made our car buying experience painless. And Audrey was amazing. She was very straight forward, didn't pressure us on getting extra things we didn't want and was very nice. We were in n out in less than 2 hours. The exact car I was looking for at a price as good as I hope I spent a couple months researching cars and prices, deciding on a new 2015 Elantra (SE 4dr Sedan 1.8L 4cyl ) and understanding pretty well what I I spent a couple months researching cars and prices, deciding on a new 2015 Elantra (SE 4dr Sedan 1.8L 4cyl ) and understanding pretty well what I could get the price down to. I worked with 6 dealerships in my area and most all of their sales staff were helpful and easy to work with. Including Tommy at Roseville Hyundai. He was very patient with my slow progress, always ready to work with me again after I had cycled through dealerships and came back to his (or Chris Shaffer's, who initially helped me out). After my comparisons it became clear to me that Roseville had the best opportunities. I needed to see the car I was looking for show up in their inventory. Surprisingly to myself, I really wanted a particular color too. In fact, my car had come and gone through their inventory more than once as I deliberated. TToday, I checked in a day after one of them was sold; Tommy checked around and found one he could have on the lot by tomorrow. The way I am, in the back of my mind, I'm always wondering, about everybody not just car dealers, "are they screwing with me?" . I call back to check on when that car would show and talk to Diego who tells me there is a match in inventory now and it is manual transmission. Well, THAT's what I want anyway. I head down to deal(not much dealing necessary when using TrueCar) and this would be end of story with a very happy price ending if it weren't for the fact that my own car made it half way to Roseville Hyundai then died in the middle lane of Sunrise Ave, the busiest street in the area. Diego was actually calling me at the time and he, and a couple local kids he rewarded, got me out of there to a safe spot before on-looking police got me out of there themselves. Diego was great to work with, straight forward with all my questions on price and the vehicle. I feel, I know, I got a great deal. Thanks, Diego and Roseville Hyundai. Oh yeah, and Audrey, of Financing, is, well, Fantastic. More
