Any time we have an issue (only ever small issues) we are met with immediate empathy, service from the service department; specifically Chris Sloan. We are never made to feel like a bother or that any other customer is more important, even when that could be the case. The employees of the service department are always observed acknowledging each customer who comes through the bay, no matter how busy they are with their own service orders. We are always clearly provided direction and helpful suggestions about what may be needed to keep our vehicle smoothly running by following manufacturer guidelines.
