March 6, 2026, I brought my 2022 Toyota TRD premium army green Four Runner into Capital Toyota to have an oil change and a tire rotation. I left, ran some errands, went to the store and came home. My Husban green Four Runner into Capital Toyota to have an oil change and a tire rotation. I left, ran some errands, went to the store and came home. My Husband came home and noticed there was a wet looking spot up underneath the vehicle, He crawled up underneath and the drain plug to the oil was not even tight, it was hanging down and It was dripping all out of it and had sprayed all up underneath the vehicle from the front all the way to the back of the rear end . The cover that covers where the oil pan is, was not even bolted back on it. It was still dangling with the bolts dangling out of it. My husband and me took it in the next afternoon, as soon as we were able, to discuss this issue, and show them the Oil. The GM was extremely concerned, and understanding. He notified his service manager immediately and they were quick to take care of the situation, recheck over the vehicle, gave us a vehicle to drive while they checked over the entire vehicle and pressure washed and cleaned the entire underneath. The GM and the service manager were both exceptional in handling this situation. More

He was very patient with the time that it took for me to decide where I was going to purchase my car and he was very knowledgeable of all the features on the vehicle. He answered all my questions very quickly day or night. I can’t say enough on how he searched to find the exact car I was looking for. He assured me that Capital would do everything in their power to take care of me from the purchase, to warranties and service - all of which are so very important to me. Brandon Painter in financing was so good to explain all the warranty options and help me make the best choice for my needs. Lastly, I want to give Chris Smith in service a shout out. Great place, snacks could be better. Maybe some mini Oreos or muffins. Chips would be cool, maybe some yogurt parfait. They had coffee that gave “gas station” vibes, would have rather had juice or maybe mini diet cokes like Lexus has. Just heard that KIA offers fresh baked cookies. Come on guys, get on board. I’m thinking maybe just toss this idea out there, but what about a full service buffet, Golden Corral style. Just a thought. More

I was scheduled to have my car picked up from my house from the Toyota service department so I didn’t have to wait in the store for hours. They were on time, very professional and courteous.
