From beginning to end, they were fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful. I love the option of having the car picked from work or home so I don’t have to wait in the lobby. The service tech rep called to verify exactly what services I wanted and did not pressure me to have more services done to my car. The lady that has picked up my car the last 2 times is so friendly and sweet. A+ rating! More

Great place, snacks could be better. Maybe some mini Oreos or muffins. Chips would be cool, maybe some yogurt parfait. Wouldn’t be too much to set out a fruit tray, or charcuterie board with some smoked meats and cheese. I really like the ones that have fruit in there too. They had coffee that gave “gas station” vibes, would have rather had juice or maybe mini diet cokes like Lexus has. Just heard that KIA offers fresh baked cookies. Come on guys, get on board. I’m thinking maybe just toss this idea out there, but what about a full service buffet, Golden Corral style. Just a thought. More

I was scheduled to have my car picked up from my house from the Toyota service department so I didn’t have to wait in the store for hours. They were on time, very professional and courteous. My vehicle from the Toyota service department so I didn’t have to wait in the store for hours. They were on time, very professional and courteous. My vehicle was serviced and repaired and my vehicle returned within a few hours and returned back to my house with absolutely no problems. This was great service by Capital Toyota and their customer service was amazing. Thank you. More
