Really disappointing experience with this dealership. Waited a year for a car I ordered, and when I finally came from out of town to get it, the options I'd discussed with the salesperson were missing. T Waited a year for a car I ordered, and when I finally came from out of town to get it, the options I'd discussed with the salesperson were missing. They shrugged it off, saying those weren’t available for the 2023 package I chose. Why wasn’t I informed earlier? I could’ve picked a different package, especially since this was all sorted before the car went into production. I'd finalized the paperwork over the phone, and by the time I saw the car in person, it didn't feel worth the $100k. Decided to sell it 4 months later and learned that the pre-paid maintenance wasn't refundable. They never clarified this when selling the package and refused even a prorated refund. They are money-hungry thieves and scammers. DO NOT trust what they try to sell you. Disgusted that this is what Mercedes has turned into. More

I went Grapevine Mercedes dealership after calling and visiting several other car lots and dealerships! Many other places had hidden fees that were not posted on their site! Grapevine Mercedes was up front with their pricing! The price on the site was the same price when I went to make the deal on the Certified Mercedes GLC 300 that I purchased! I was very impressed with the Dealer preparation on the vehicle! For example the tread on the tires was getting a little low on all 4 tires so they replaced all 4 tires! Keep in mind these are very expensive tires! The Certified GLC 300 was priced lower than any where else and it was prepared and conditioned as if they’re where taking it home themselves! I was very impressed with Price, Quality and integrity of Grapevine Dealership! More
