Great Sales Rep and Dealership After visiting several dealerships, I went to Bloomington Kia today to see a Certified Sorento and had the very good fortune to meet Rob Roettger. Yo After visiting several dealerships, I went to Bloomington Kia today to see a Certified Sorento and had the very good fortune to meet Rob Roettger. You expect sales reps' to be friendly, and this man is certainly that and he is also totally real. For one thing, he actually listened to what I had to say and didn't just try to sell me what the dealership had available. When none of the certified used cars met my criteria, Rob didn't push as one might expect from many sales reps. If he had, I probably would have walked away, as I have elsewhere. We continued to review options and ultimately found one vehicle that fit my wants and needs perfectly, and I'm very happy with the deal we made. I don't think my day would have been so positive if it weren't for Rob. I'd also state that everyone I encountered working at the dealership was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a high class operation and I highly recommend it. Wether you find what you want or not, you will be treated with respect. More

Great Experience I had leased a 2014 Optima from Morries KIA, just prior to their closing. After being "promised" I could up the mileage by the kid that sold me the c I had leased a 2014 Optima from Morries KIA, just prior to their closing. After being "promised" I could up the mileage by the kid that sold me the car, I was told I couldn't...and would have to "re-lease" a different vehicle. Over the course of a couple of months, the kid that leased me the car refused to retirn my calls, emails, and was conveniently absent whenever I tried to walk in to discuss his lies. I definately did not "buy happy" from Morries. Fast forward to the new year, I took my Optima to Luther KIA to get the maintenance work done, since Morries KIA is now non-existent. From Scott in the service dept., to Chris in the sales dept., I've had a great experience. I wanted to rid myself of anything related to Morries, so Luther KIA was able to make a transition to a new 2015 Optima with a higher miles/year completely painless. I highly recommend anyone who's gotten a car from Morries KIA, to switch to Luther KIA. More

From the minute we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with a friendly smile and hello from a couple employees. I asked for Chris Stelljes, as he is who I spoke with the on the phone the day before. Chris came to greet us, and from the minute we starting talking with him, we felt completely comfortable, important, and listened to. Chris has a wonderful approach when it comes to selling cars. There was no high pressure, and he was very knowledgeable when answering our questions. We did buy a Kia Optima (which I love) that day, because of the wonderful service we were provided. This dealership comes highly recommended from us.....and we will recommend them to friends & family!! Cal Steele & Chad Port also made the experience a great one.
