I had been in contact with Chris prior to showing up out-of-the-blue toward the I went in to Luther Kia in hopes of finding my first vehicle (ever!). Chris assisted me almost right away and I had the chance to test drive three different cars until I fell in love with the Sorento. Chris stayed past operation hours to assure that I had all the paperwork, insurance info and everything sorted out so I could drive off the lot that day.
